My Background

Before pursuing my career as a physical therapist, I was a professional ballet dancer and performed as a soloist with the Columbia Classical Ballet in South Carolina. I also had the privilege of guest-performing with companies across the United States and sharing the stage with Misty Copeland.

In 2014, my husband, Chris, and I moved to Singapore, where I practiced as the only Doctor of Physical Therapy in the country. Living there for six years allowed us to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia, immersing ourselves in its cultures, cuisines, and outdoor adventures.

Today, Chris and I live in northern Durham with our two daughters at Quail Roost Farm in North Durham County. When not spending time with our dog, Scruffi, we enjoy visiting the Museum of Life and Science, or relaxing at the neighborhood pool.

As a physical therapist, my passion lies in helping you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. I am committed to providing expert care and individualized solutions that support your recovery and long-term wellness.
